The staff was so wonderful and reassuring! I’m so grateful for the care they gave our pup. We were pretty frazzled and they made sure to update us on everything that was going on. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

A vet from another nearby city recommended Animal Care Veterinary Center. Other locations did not have an appointment available any time soon. A friend dug a kitten out of a wall in a barn the night before. We needed her to be looked and some reassurance on how to care for such a young kitten who needed bottle fed - possibly two weeks old. We drove 30 minutes to Conway from North - North Little Rock. The office was easy to locate, clean, and had two separate entrances for dog and cats - definitely a plus. The staff was friendly reassuring and went beyond expected. They printed out kitten instructions, suggested food and care. I left reassured that we could possibly keep her alive… it was definitely my worry with such a small one. It was a great experience. Esmeralda has a terrific veterinary team.

Awesome experience with our visit overall! Doctor was super knowledgeable and helpful, staff was super friendly and pleasant. This made ourselves and our dogs feel much more at ease! Both left happy and even fell asleep as soon as we got in the car.

We were new to Conway and not sure where to take our fur baby. From the first initial phone call to our most recent visit has always been top notch service. Customer service alone deserves a ten the office staff is your first experience, and these ladies are kind, informational, and hard working. Then you get your room assistant, and those staff members are so knowledgeable, and understanding, patient, and thoughtful. Then we have had our visits with the Vet in training and he is absolutely the best! I cannot remember his name right now which is horrible, but he is full of valuable information, kind to us and our fur baby! I know the vets are amazing as they have taken great care of our loved ones, but we have not ever met them, that is the only downside to this center. I am sure it is because they are so busy with all the fur babies in their clinic, they do not have time to meet with anyone.

I’m not one for reviews but I felt that I needed to get on and share my experience. I want to start off by saying every single person in that building are the nicest people I have ever met. I walked into the office with my pet rat pippy. She had cancer and I didn’t want her to be in pain anymore. The dr I saw was very kind and patient while I bawled my eyes out. He even came back into the room to give me a hug. He took my sweet puppy back and put her down so gently and I can’t thank them enough for being so considerate and kind to me in this time of sadness. They offered me my pets ashes and cute box to put them in. I’m so happy I found them It’s not every day you find a fantastic group of people willing to stay with you to make sure you’re okay. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dr. Gabbard and all staff are awesome! My baby loves him. He listens to my concerns, treats the problems, and Elvis is better in no time. Also it’s been easy to get in to see Dr. Gabbard in a timely manner so far.

I came in fearing the uncertainty of what was wrong with my kitten having seizures and not being able to eat seemingly overnight. They all kindly reassured me while being as honest as possible. From initially talking to the front desk over the phone to learning my options for the kitten I felt real hope. Seeing your baby sick is heart wrenching, but Ren fell in love with the team even more than I did at his lowest (especially Elyse and Dr.Anthony). I will recommend ACVC to all my fellow fur family friends. I couldn’t thank them enough for being a flutter of light on some very tough days. I thank the team indefinitely for their consideration. Thank you.

Dr. Gabbard is the best! Whether it's something simple or infinitely more complex, he remains kind and professional throughout the entire process. His staff also rock! They are great about getting back with you in a timely manner, and explaining what you (honestly) were already told by the doctor once again with patience.

I noticed my sweet boy had a spot on his eye and I was able to get an appointment the next morning at ACVC. The staff were all so amazing and friendly. He ended up having an ulcer and needed surgery to remove tissue that was on top of it. They told me it wasn’t normally a surgery day, but they could fit him in and got the surgery done that day! They called the next day to check in and I had two follow up appointments to check on him. They explained everything to me and the cost of everything to make sure I was comfortable with it. I think the cost was great for everything involved in his surgery, the test they ran, and the eye ointment for afterwards. Dobby and I are very thankful for Janna and Dr. Beard!

I am not able to thank doctor johnson enough. He made us feel like more than a number helped us in every way that he could. And also gave us the answer that the 3 vets. Prior we went to was not able to. I always thought that Conway Arkansas didn't have vets that he cared, but he showed us a difference. He needs to start his own practice and he will flourish. Thank you DR. Johnson malachi was peaceful and you helped him over the rainbow road. We will be forever grateful.
